Minimalism!

Hi there!

Excessive amount of material possessions can prevent you from being happy in your life, according to many various reports.

Minimalism is the removal of all the excess items you have been collecting in your house, in order to feel more fulfilled, satisfied, and happy.

The advantages of living with less are as follows:

a)          Financial freedom by spending less money, and eliminating debt.

b)          You will be able to focus more on your health in general.

c)          Your relationships will improve.

d)          You will grow as a human being.

e)          You will avoid work stress, as well as other anxiety issues.

f)          You will be able to focus and improve your overall lifestyle.

g)          You will have time to pursue your interests.

The Right Steps

There are different ways for you to declutter your house from all useless and unnecessary items you have been accumulating during the years, just in case you need them one day.

As soon as you are ready, you can either throw some of your things away, or you can sell some others, or you can even donate a few more.

You can start this clearing process by asking yourself whether,

****          the items add any value to your life currently,

****          if your life will actually improve without the specific items,

****          what are your priorities now,

****          why are you so unhappy in your life,

****          what being successful means to you,

****          who do you want to be,

****          what kind of life you want to live from now on.

Also, you will need to reconsider your own personal values and what you want more in your life at this moment.

Then start eliminating a few items every day.

Certainly and naturally, you feel psychologically attached to a good number of all these things you want to eliminate;

but you really need to resist and prevent this feeling, because it is not a positive and constructive one.

Eliminating all the things that you do not use, need, or want any more, is rewriting your whole life, and at the same time you are removing all kinds of unnecessary stress and anxiety you may be suffering.

Accumulating different useless items you do not really need is certainly a sign of sadness, misery, and general unhappiness.

Instead, you do need to pursue more experiences, and love.

You do need to have purpose, meaning, and joy in your life.

Material things will never fill your life, no matter how much you accumulate   —   enthusiasm and passion will.
