Bo had everything he wished in his life:
the perfect job offering him a high income, a couple
of houses and cars to enjoy, a beautiful wife
and a huge bank account.

But Bo was not a happy man, because he was
feeling his control over everything in his life
was very limited.

In his business, he was always trying to make
people work according to the way which would
be acceptable to him.
Obviously, the real world disregarded him, and
his wishes never took place.

When he returned home, he was always struggling
to control his wife’s plans and actions.
Again, to no avail.   She still acted her own ways.

I must change my attitude;   I need to understand
and learn to do my best, and believe that things
will come out all-right .

of things in life are actually very limited.

your family, your job, your health, ageing and dying;

come naturally any way.

Most people have a great number of things they
manage in their every day life.
But in reality, there are only very few things, you
can truly control.

Life is very complicated, but if you manage to learn
how to command these
very few things under your
control, not only your
life will improve immediately,
but you will become

Here are four important things that are actually
under your control:

a)     Focus

Prioritize your goals;   all the things that mean
most to you like, family, work, relationships.
Concentrate on making them work as best as
possible for you.

b)     Emotions

Realise that when other people or situations
upset you, this is happening only because you
personally have allowed them to do so.
Choose to keep your thoughts under control,
and you will feel much happier and in peace.

c)     Attitude

Stop being resentful and furious when something
goes wrong.
Instead give your utmost attention and improve
a difficult and demanding situation.

d)     Actions

Stop suffering and accept that you are not in
full control.
Stay committed to your targets, but do not be
attached to the results.
Do the best you can, but stay emotionally detached
because you cannot predict the outcome, and you
will feel angry if things do not come as you have
expected them to.

Hi there!

 

They were one of the most loveable couples
you could ever see for the last eight months
now, and they had already decided to continue
their life together.

Suddenly when out to dinner he suggested that
they should put all their plans on hold and give
each other space.

I’m not feeling very comfortable lately and I
need some time with myself   he said.
This was completely unexpected and she felt
shocked and tearful.

our everyday life.
As humans we have a great
number of emotions,
which sometimes can
affect our well-being and
lead us into 
dangerous and difficult traps.

Obviously we can not ignore the way we feel
but we should express our emotions and
feelings in a healthy and constructive way.

Firstly, in order to be able to keep our emotions
under control we must never be afraid of them,
but only understand them.
If the emotion is suitable for the specific
situation then you do not have to change your
handling, otherwise you must find positive
and effective ways to regulate it.

Prepare yourself in advance to be able to
keep your emotions under control by
practising the following:

a)     Always try not to be either excessively
excited or heavily depressed about anything.
These are the two extremes you should
always avoid.
Try to be calm and reasonable;   never be

but always look ahead for the big picture.

b)     As soon as you start feeling too
nervous step back and ask  why .
Then do something else and think deeply
your response.
Take one step at a time to realise the
exact situation and process all information.

c)     Cool down by closing your eyes,
breathing deeply and smiling.
Realise that all this is the energy your
body is releasing, which will soon soften
and go.
Then refocus your mind to what you are
doing or want to do.

d)     Always avoid triggers like, emotional
people who always complain about everything
without ever improving themselves, as well
as all negative drama of any kind around
you.

Live in a positive environment to be happy
and in control.

e)     Always try to find solutions to the
problems;   never dwell in the problem itself. 
Always try to be realistic and weigh the pros
and cons 
to any situation.
Make your life easy by using logic at
all times.

f)     Build your emotional confidence by
feeling safe and secure in your life.
Eat well, sleep well, exercise, have the right
people close to you, be close to
nature,
listen to music, surround yourself
with
beautiful objects and have some
status.
All these will make you feel that your
life has purpose.

able to turn all negative emotions to
positive feelings that will lead to pleasure
and contentment, and make you feel
satisfied and fulfilled.

Hi there!

 

It was a sunny morning so I decided to go for a walk.
I chose to go to my nearest
garden centre because
not only it is complete
with various plants but also
it has a fantastic
garden, where I enjoy walking for
as long
as I want.

While walking through the various plant stands I started
noticing the colourful reflections of
the sun light through
the trees and the many
flowers;
“what an amazing view”, I thought.
 

I kept on walking when my attention went to a small
flowering plant growing through
the cracks of a wall.
I bent down to touch
and smell;
“very sweet smell – it gives me
such a relaxing feeling!”, I thought.

Then I noticed how many insects were flying from flower to
flower buzzing and sucking
the sweet juices out of these
wonderful buds.

I kept on walking and suddenly I started realising that
I really was a part of all these
beautiful things happening
around me
at that moment.

It was then when I decided to just live in the moment.
I was only there — and
nothing else existed before or after.

I was totally absorbed…. !!

4)     Live Now

 

Every day is a new beginning.
Live today — and not yesterday or tomorrow, which are illusions.
There is only now.
Life is happening only now.

 

5)     Be Positive

 

Read, think and act in a positive way during the day,
so by the time you go
to bed at night you feel happy.
Change your attitude and expectations.
Being positive is a choice.

 

6)     Breakfast

 

Always eat a wholesome breakfast and include enough liquids
to keep your body
in good health.

Hi there!

 

They met by accident when holidaying in sizzling
Malta a few summers ago.
It was something about the hot weather and the fact
that they were both wearing
same Denims.

They started talking about everything imaginable,
and spent every waking
moment together.

Every night they were taking romantic strolls on the
beach, then dining in one
of the restaurants by the sea.
It was an incredibly fantastic summer of love.

The time went so unbelievably fast and they had to
return back to their places.
They vowed undying love, and promised to call,
write and meet.

They kept on seeing each other for some time,
but before too long dark
clouds started to appear.

She was deeply hurt.
Although she was very much in love, she finally
found the strength inside her
to move on with her life.

the place, the people,

 Do all you need to do to achieve your goals:
find a house, meet people, find a job,
go to the places
you are interested.
Prepare the ground for your future.

5)    Imperfections

Correct any weak points you have to get ready
for your future:
appearance, health, personality,
way of thinking.
Be well-equipped.

New Beginnings

 

Every day work on your plan of reinvention.
It is difficult, but if you really want to move
forward and change your life, you have to
find the courage to act on your goals.

If we feel we need a change, and we do not
take all the necessary steps
to achieve this,
it will lead to
lethargy, desperation and anxiety;
which in turn will have destructive consequences
to our health,
and finally will kill our soul.

Ignore fear no matter how hard it is.
