Eternal Rituals!

Hi there!

I was reading in bed comfortably this
very exciting book.
The story was hypnotising and I didn’t
realise how quickly the time disappeared.
I tried to close my eyes, and for a moment
I thought I slept!
I was lying in bed wide awake.
Then my mind started racing again;
hopping from one thought to another….

Millions of people have trouble falling asleep
or staying asleep.
Certainly sleep patterns vary from person to person;
and we are not supposed to sleep a specific number
of hours straight, because sleep happens in cycles.
But definitely we need to sleep to enhance our health,
for a minimum of six hours.

3)  Have a clock in the bedroom with a soft red light instead
of the hard blue/green lights — and not any other devices.

4)  Sprinkle lavender essential oil on your pillow to help
you relax and sleep better.

5)  Exercise moderately during the day, and never less
than three hours before going to bed.

6)  Have a comfortable mattress, soft bedding and the right pillows.

7)  Wearing small socks to keep feet warm will keep the rest
of the body slightly cooler, which can help you sleep better.

8)  Go to bed and get up similar times daily to maintain your cycle patterns.

9)  Have a healthy dinner at least two hours before going to bed.

10)  Have a cup or two of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of honey during the day and before going to bed.

Chamomile is a nervine plant.
Its qualities are: soothing, relaxing, mild sedative.
It is good for anxiety.

Brew for at least 10 minutes for best results.
