Today everything seems to be frozen here
in North Surrey.
I bought a very nice house in this popular village,
which I like very much; but sometimes I find
the whole atmosphere and the nature around
here too oppressive.
Although it is not snowing, everything is white
with thick frost.
A few stretches in the morning
(neck, back and shoulders), and three deep
full breaths made me feel more active.
wise to get up every now and then to stretch my legs. Today I feel like making a Hummus. It is the most nutritional and healthy spread
you can have any time of the day.
Ingredients1 Pack 380g/230g drained Organic chick peas
in unsalted water (protein, fibre) 50ml Liquid from the pack of chick peas 1 1/2 tbsp Whole tahini (B complex, Calcium) 2 Big cloves of garlic chopped
(antibacterial, vitamins, minerals) 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (monounsaturated fat) The juice of 1 big lemon (antibacterial, antioxidant) Freshly squeezed sea salt (minerals) Freshly squeezed Pepper (antioxidant)
Preparation1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
and enjoy as a snack.
