Denna kalla morgon!

 

Hi there!

 

Today everything seems to be frozen here
in North Surrey.
I bought a very nice house in this popular village,
which I like very much; but sometimes I find
the whole atmosphere and the nature around
here too oppressive.

Although it is not snowing, everything is white
with thick frost.
A few stretches in the morning
(neck, back and shoulders), and three deep
full breaths made me feel more active.

Although I sit on my desk reading a lot, it is very
wise to get up every now and then to stretch my legs.
 
Today I feel like making a Hummus.
It is the most nutritional and healthy spread
you can have any time of the day.
 
 
 

Ingredients

 
1                   Pack 380g/230g drained Organic chick peas
in unsalted water (protein, fibre)
50ml          Liquid from the pack of chick peas
1 1/2 tbsp Whole tahini (B complex, Calcium)
2                  Big cloves of garlic chopped
(antibacterial, vitamins, minerals)
2 tbsp       Extra virgin olive oil (monounsaturated fat)
The juice of 1 big lemon (antibacterial, antioxidant)
Freshly squeezed sea salt (minerals)
Freshly squeezed Pepper (antioxidant)
 

Preparation

 
1.  Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
2.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
 
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
and enjoy as a snack.
