in North Surrey. I bought a very nice house in this popular village,
which I like very much; but sometimes I find the whole atmosphere and
the nature around here too oppressive. Although it is not snowing, everything is white
with thick frost. A few stretches in the morning
(neck, back and shoulders), and three deep full breaths made me feel
more active. Although I sit on my desk reading a lot, it is very
wise to get up every now and then to stretch my legs. Today I feel like making a Hummus. It is the most nutritional and healthy spread
you can have any time of the day.
